Log to Life is a mobile app that helps you cut screen time and build healthier digital habits through a game. Instead of harsh bans, you manage your time with levels, points, and progress - so you can reclaim real life beyond the screen.

How do Life Points (LP) work?

Time spent in attention-heavy apps is counted as Life Points (LP). Every minute in those apps costs 10 LP. On your Dashboard you can see how many points you’ve used against your daily limit, plus a percentage breakdown by app.

What happens when I run out of daily LP?

When you hit your daily LP limit, access to time-draining apps is blocked until 6:00 a.m. the next day. Unused LP do not roll over to the next day, and limits can differ depending on the day of the week.

We walk you through a short tutorial and look at your everyday habits to build a personalized plan. Using insights from your phone, we see how much time you spend in each app. You can revisit the tutorial anytime by tapping your avatar on the home screen.
